I have moderated the above comment, please refrain from mentioning competitive software on the forum this is an official company website. I have been struggling with the same issue, and i would hope to not have to remove CCleaner pro.

I was using win 10 and CCleaner works very well. I upgraded to in 10 pro and when I run CCleaner it is emptying the recycle bin and i consistently get a low memory error and the it then crashes. Also as it happens when cleaning recycle bin use this fix in case the bin is corrupted in some way which happens more than you think.
